The Political Awareness & Involvement Committee is focused on equipping our community with the knowledge and skills needed for meaningful participation in the political arena. Through a range of activities, discussions, and educational resources, we aim to inspire civic engagement and empower individuals to act.
The committee works tirelessly to ensure all community members are aware of critical issues and how to become involved. From voter registration, to domestic violence survivor resources, to pending legislation and upcoming elections, the committee works to educate and empower communities with resources and information to drive independent decision-making.
One of our key programs is the
Social Action Supper. This event brings community members to the table to discuss critical legislative issues as discussed by local and statewide elected officials while fellowshipping.
